Help us add your dashcam

dashcamigo reads many dashcams, and the list keeps growing — we add new ones from real recordings people send us. If yours isn't supported yet, here's how to help.

The easy way

  1. Open dashcamigo and load your memory card — plug it into your computer, then pick the card's folder.
  2. Open Report a problem (in the menu; it also pops up on its own if we couldn't read the card) and choose Download the report. That saves a small text report — just the names, sizes and folder layout of the files on your card. No video, no location.
  3. Email the report to feedback@dashcamigo.app and tell us the brand and model of your dashcam (and the firmware version, if you know it).

Open the report and check it before sending — it has no video and no GPS.

If dashcamigo can't open your card

Some phones can't pick a card folder (iPhone, for one), or the card won't open in the app. Then make the list yourself — it's one command — and send us the file the same way.

Windows

  1. Open the card, click the address bar, type cmd and press Enter.
  2. Paste tree /F /A > "%USERPROFILE%\Downloads\dashcam.txt" and press Enter.
  3. The file dashcam.txt appears in your Downloads folder.

macOS

  1. Open Terminal, type cd (with a space), drag the card's icon into the window, press Enter.
  2. Paste find . | sort > ~/Downloads/dashcam.txt and press Enter.
  3. The file appears in your Downloads folder.

Linux

  1. Open a terminal in the card's folder.
  2. Run find . | sort > ~/dashcam.txt.
  3. The file appears in your home folder.
